Heated All Levels Flow
A dynamic class practiced in a heated room (85–90°F) where movement is linked with breath. Asanas flow continuously from one to the next—often linking sequences like sun salutations, standing postures, balances & core work. The heat encourages deeper flexibility, promotes detoxifying sweat, and helps muscles warm up safely, creating a strong, energizing, and meditative practice.
All Levels Flow

Asanas flow continuously from one to the next—often linking sequences like sun salutations, standing postures, balances & core work. The heat encourages deeper flexibility, promotes detoxifying sweat, and helps muscles warm up safely, creating a strong, energizing, and meditative practice.
Flow & Stretch with Meditation
Through a gentle asana flow and mindful breath, we build energy, focus the mind, and awaken the body while improving flexibility, core stability, and range of motion.

Guided meditation and extended savasana encourage deep relaxation, strengthen the mind–body connection, and invite calm and stillness.
Pilates + Yoga
This class blends Yoga + Pilates into one intelligently sequenced practice designed to strengthen the core, lengthen the side body, and improve alignment.
By combining Pilates-inspired core work with yoga poses, you’ll build strength, stability, and control while moving through poses with greater fluidity and ease.
Beginners Flow
A slower-paced vinyasa class designed to introduce foundational asanas, breath awareness, and simple transitions. Asanas are broken down with clear alignment cues, allowing time to build strength, mobility & confidence while moving with breath. Ideal for those new to yoga or anyone looking to refine the basics in a supportive, accessible environment
Sunrise Slow Flow
Start your day with gentle, flowing movement that awakens the body and calms the mind.
Sunrise Slow Flow links breath with smooth transitions, stretches muscles & supports joint mobility.

With options for all levels, this practice combines standing and seated poses, mindful transitions, and grounding breathwork to leave you energized, balanced, and ready for the day.
Yin Yoga
Unwind into stillness with this deeply meditative, floor-based practice that targets the fascia and connective tissue. Poses are held for 3–5 minutes, inviting you to slow down, release tension, and turn inward.

Suitable for all levels, Yin Yoga supports flexibility, joint health, and a calm, balanced mind.
Flow & Foam Roll- All Levels
A balanced, 50 minute all-levels class combining mindful yoga with intentional foam rolling to improve mobility, ease muscle tension, and build steady strength. Move through a thoughtful, breath-led flow while integrating roller work to support flexibility and joint health.
Expect a supportive full-body practice that leaves you feeling open, grounded, and refreshed.
Sunday Evening Ease:
Meditation & Mindful Movement with Deep Stretches
Close your weekend with this calming 60-minute practice designed to restore body & mind. Mindful movement releases tension before easing into long, supported stretches to open the body.

The class concludes with a guided meditation to quiet the mind and leave you feeling grounded and ready for the week ahead.
