• Doors open 10 minutes prior to class starting and doors close 10 minutes after classes end. 

• Pre-registration for class is highly recommended to reserve your spot, we cannot guarantee a spot in class for walk-in's.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings- doors are locked during classes. Please check our lost & found for items left behind. 

• Please arrive to class on time: Allow yourself time to arrive on your mat before class begins. 

• As a courtesy we have free mat rentals; please clean after use for others to use. These mats are property of Roots Yoga and must remain in the studio. 

• Class Cancelation:
Please cancel your class if you are unable to attend- this frees up a spot for another client from the waitlist to be able to attend class.

If a class is cancelled within 4 hours of the start of class then you loose the class from your class pack. No exceptions.  A $22 fee maybe charged to your account for Monthly unlimited and Annual members.
*This is waived for our monthly Autopay Members but kindly cancel your class.

Workshops must be canceled within 12 hours of the start time, or you will forfeit the workshop in full, no refunds, no credits, No exceptions. 

• Waitlist:
You maybe add to the waitlist- monitor your emails and texts. Once added you're considered registered for class you may cancel within 4 hours to the start of class without penalty.
You may remove yourself from the waitlist anytime. 

• Guests: You may share your class pack credits.
    Monthly unlimited Auto Renew Memberships may bring a guest twice per month.
    Monthly unlimited (that do not auto renew) can bring 1 guest per month.

• Age Restrictions:
All children ages 13-15 years old must be accompanied with parent or guardian to unheated classes. Children 16 years or older may attend classes without a parent or guardian to unheated and heated classes.

• Class pack Expirations: Be mindful of class pack expiration dates, they are listed in the app or in your account. A class pack extension maybe purchased for a fee- please E-mail for details.

• Monthly Unlimited Autorenew Membership: 3 month commitment, cancel anytime thereafter with 30 day notice via E-mail.  
   - You may bring a guest for free twice per month- they must create an account and register for class.
