Roots Yoga Book Club
First Sunday of each month after the 4:30pm class
Join instructor and writer Stacy Troth Thompson for a monthly book club exploring thoughtful fiction and memoir in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Each meeting includes discussion, light snacks, a short reflection or mindfulness exercise, and a closing meditation.
2026 selections include Broken Country, The Correspondent, Remarkably Bright Creatures, and The Midnight Library.
No expertise required—just a love of reading and good conversation.

Join us as we support Jennie on her journey to the 2026 NYC Marathon 🏃♀️ while raising funds for the American Liver Foundation. Every donation helps make a difference.
Saturday 9/12 at 11am: Tina will lead a 60 minute donation based class designed to help you release tension, improve mobility, and move with greater ease. Foam rollers may be incorporated to target tight areas for added release and recovery.
Perfect for anyone looking to stretch, restore, and reset while supporting a meaningful cause; all levels encouraged

Roots Summer Confidence Series
A Wellness Creativity Program for Pre-Teen & Teen Girls
Our 5 week series is designed to help girls build confidence, friendships, and self- expression through a combination of gentle yoga, creative activities, and mentorship-style discussion.
Each week will have a rotating theme-
