Credentials: RYT 200 When did you start teaching yoga? May 2026 Describe your teaching style: Yoga has the magical ability to give people exactly what they need in the moment. Just space to exist in the moment. What can clients expect in your class? When I began yoga teacher training, I discovered something fascinating: the link between yoga and creativity. The Roots community has become like family to me. It’s a special place where anyone can go to find connection, even on the most difficult of days. What do you hope clients feel after class?
