Founded in 2012 in Burlington, Roots Yoga blends ancient spiritual wisdom with modern practice.

As a Hatha–Vinyasa studio, we offer a balanced approach to movement and stillness in a peaceful space designed to help you reconnect with yourself.

Our class offerings span from heated, high-energy flows to restorative and yin, with everything in between, including mat Pilates + yoga.
Expect dynamic, creative sequencing that keeps you challenged, motivated, and strong, all set to upbeat, feel-good playlists that energize the room and elevate your entire experience.
We’re also known for our comprehensive 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, guiding practitioners to find their voice while integrating philosophy and practice within a supportive, inclusive community.

Root’s 200-hour program will advance your practice, take you deeper into the many layers of yoga, build your confidence and help find your voice. This program is designed for both those wanting to deepen their practice and for aspiring teachers. Roots Yoga is a 200hr RYT Yoga Alliance Registered School.
